MissionFit ("we", "us") is operated by its founder, a personal trainer with over 20 years of experience. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information collected automatically:
- Account & contact details: name, email address, and phone number when you sign up, opt in, or enroll.
- Payment information: handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Coaching & client data: programmes, workout logs, nutrition targets, check-ins and messages you or your clients share within the MissionFitOS.
- Marketing & lead data: details you submit through our opt-in forms, tracked so we can attribute leads to the campaigns and content that produced them.
- Usage & analytics: pages visited, device and browser data collected via analytics tools (see below).
2. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver and personalize the MissionFitOS, coaching tools, and onboarding emails;
- To process payments and manage your subscription;
- To provide feedback, accountability and community interaction;
- To create, schedule and measure marketing content and campaigns;
- To improve the platform, site and marketing;
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud.
3. Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Our CRM / form-tracking provider — to capture and manage leads and submissions;
- Our email delivery provider — to send onboarding and coaching emails;
- Analytics providers — to understand site and campaign performance (see below).
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only as needed to provide their services to us.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use analytics to understand traffic and engagement and to attribute leads to the content that produced them. Google Analytics 4 may use cookies to collect anonymized usage data. If Meta/Facebook tracking is enabled, it may use cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some functionality.
5. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as you are an active member, and afterwards only as long as needed to comply with legal, accounting or operational requirements, or as set out in the relevant platform's policy.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Payment data is handled by Stripe under its security standards. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent or opt out of marketing at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
8. Children's Privacy
MissionFit is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International Transfers
Your information may be processed by third-party providers located outside your country. By using the platform you consent to these transfers in accordance with this policy and the providers' terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site or communicated by email.
