Terms of Service

MissionFitOS is an all-in-one operating system for personal trainers. It combines the AIOS (AI Operating System), MIOS (Marketing Intelligence OS) and DIOS (Data Intelligence OS) with fitness, training, nutrition and mindset coaching tools, plus a community of coaches. Coaching, programming, marketing and feedback are provided predominantly online and are not in-person personal training unless separately agreed.

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll. By enrolling you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that the information you provide is accurate.

After enrollment you will interact with the platform through the MissionFitOS and its integrated tools. Some features rely on third-party providers (for example content scheduling and analytics). Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation, availability or policies of third-party platforms.

MissionFit is offered as a recurring monthly subscription (currently $297 per month for Ground Level). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the recurring fee to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

Prices may change; any change to your existing subscription will be communicated in advance. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future recurring charges — you keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. There is no penalty for cancelling. See our Refund Policy for details on the 14-day money-back guarantee.

We stand behind the work. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your first monthly payment — no questions asked. Full conditions and how to request a refund are set out in our Refund Policy.

MissionFitOS provides fitness, nutrition, mindset and marketing tools for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and our team are not licensed medical professionals. You and your clients should consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if there is any medical condition, injury or concern.

You are responsible for your own safety during training and for adapting programming to individual circumstances. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

MissionFitOS uses AI-assisted features for programming, nutrition, client communication and content generation. AI output is a tool to support your professional judgement, not a substitute for it. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any programme, recommendation or content before delivering it to a client or publishing it publicly.

When using the site and community you agree not to:

• Harass, demean or discriminate against other members or coaches;
• Share another member's personal, client or health information;
• Redistribute, resell or publicly share platform content, programming or paid materials;
• Use the platforms for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.

All platform content — including the MissionFitOS, workouts, lessons, copy, branding and materials — is owned by MissionFit and protected by copyright and other laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own participation and coaching while subscribed. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results vary between individuals and depend on effort, consistency and circumstances. We do not guarantee any specific physical, health, business or financial outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the platform is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
