We want you to commit with confidence. MissionFit is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee and you can cancel anytime. This policy explains how both work.
1. The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with MissionFit within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund of your first monthly payment — no questions asked. We would rather you find the right fit than feel locked in.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day window:
- Email us at support@missionfit.app from the email address used at enrollment;
- Include your name and the word “Refund” so we can identify your request quickly;
- Send the request within 14 days of your first payment.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time — there is no notice period and no penalty. Cancelling stops all future recurring charges. You keep full access to the platform and community until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
To cancel, use the cancellation option in your account/billing area, or email support@missionfit.app and we will process it for you.
4. What's Covered
The 14-day guarantee applies to your first monthly subscription payment for MissionFit. If you have been charged in error, contact us and we will correct it.
5. Exclusions
- Refunds are not available beyond the 14-day window except where required by law;
- The guarantee applies to the MissionFit subscription only; any separately arranged services may have their own terms;
- We may decline a refund where there is evidence of abuse or fraud.
